Capacities are up to 120 Theatre Style, 30 Boardroom, and 30 Open U. The equipment available for hire includes Overhead projector and screen, TV / Video / DVD PLayer and Flip Chart.

The Shakespeare's location is very convenient to the main line railway station. It also enjoys ease of access to the A6, A428, and M1 (junction 13). Adequate car parking is normally available at the front of the hotel.
