Festive Season Functions

We would like to welcome you to The Shakespeare Hotel Festive Season Functions 2015.Consisting of Christmas Party Nights, Christmas Day Lunch & New Years Eve Party.

Christmas Party Nights

We are offering our Christmas Party Nights evenings in our function room. We are holding our Christmas Party Nights every evening (subject to availability) throughout December.

All Parties include:

• Christmas Themed Venue
• Drink Reception
• Sumptuous Three Course Meal
• Spectacular Disco
• Discounted overnight stay (subject to availability)
• Party Organiser of 20 or more goes free

We evening will commence at 7pm sitting down for dinner promptly at 7:30pm. The disco will be held in our Function Room where the party can enjoy the music until 12midnight and the bar will be closing at 12:30am.

Prices are as follows:

• Sun - Wed @ £22.50 per person
• Thurs - Sat @ £29.50 per person
• Luncheon @ £19.50 per person

We also Welcome Private Party Nights with a minimum of 60 people. Private Parties can be Themed & Taylor made, please call for more information.

Christmas Day

Christmas Day Menu starts at 12:30 with Champagne Reception & Canapees on arrival and Superb 5 Course Dinner at 13:00.

Prices:

• Adults @ £40.50 per person
• Children aged 12 and under @ £20.00
• Children aged 5 and under @ £10.00

If you would like to make a provisional booking for any function we will gladly hold your space for two weeks and we will then require £10.00 (non-refundable or transferable) deposit per person.

Special accommodation rates are available at £45.00 (single en-suite) and £65.00 (double or twin en-suite) for those guests who are attending parties and wish to stay the evening.

The rates include Full English Breakfast, free car parking and free Wi-Fi.
